I of course would like some socks, and jeans as well. Just some ideas for the family, but my #1 Christmas wish is to bring Winston home with me for my vacation!

Computer problems

I haven't posted anything for a very long time because my computer is no longer working! I am very sad. Ready for the story???

A few weeks ago, I woke up in the morning and opened my laptop, left it to start up then went and started my morning routine. When I got back to the computer the screen was still black, and cycling on and off. So I turned it off and called HP later that afternoon, they determined that the computer needed to be sent in because the mother board was bad. So I sent the computer in expecting to get it back in 6-9 days (which is what HP told me).

9 days go by, and no computer, so I called HP, they informed me that my mother board, key board, control panel and speakers have water damage and it will cost $739 to repair everything. I obviously don't have the money to get it fixed so I had them send it back.

The funny thing is I haven't ever spilled anything on my computer, so I don't understand how all of those things have water damage.

This what I am guessing happened. While I Was asleep Winston grew thumbs, opened his kennel, poured himself a glass of milk, then went to check his facebook and while checking his facebook spilled the milk on the computer.

Realistically I am just going to call HP again and pray that they will really help me. Keep your fingers crossed. Until then, I will be using my office computer, BOOOOOOO!

Congratulations Erin and Brandon!

A few weeks ago I was fortunate enough to be a part of my good friend Erin's wedding! Her colors were Black and Green, what a great combination! Everything was BEAUTIFUL, the groom was handsome and the bride was stunning.

While I was in town I got to stay with Adam and Erin (the other Erin). I also got to meet Allie their baby girl, she is such a cutie! I loved her!

I freaking love these flowers! So pretty! They were in the Brides bouquet, my mom also had these flowers in her bouquet when she got married. I can never remember what they are called!

It was an awesome celebration and I am very happy for Erin and Brandon!

WINSTON!

I got a dog! He is an adorable Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier, somewhere between 6 and 10 months, his name is Winston and he love naps! I pretty much think he's the most amazing dog ever! He loves to be in the room with me and enjoys being in his mansion sized kennel. We are still potty training, but this morning on our walk he went potty outside, I was so proud!!! A mint of a shower!

Almost 1 month ago, Erin R, Heather and I threw a wedding shower for Erin S. It was a great success, Erin got lots of fun gifts, there was a perfect amount of people and the food was great, but in my most humble opinion the mint chocolate cupcakes with Andes mint crumble on top were the BEST!

It's been awhile!

Well, I've been keeping busy with work, still trying to add finishing touches to my apartment, mixed with relatively frequent trips to Kansas City. All in all things are going well. In all honesty my biggest problem this week was figuring out how I was going to DVR all of my shows this evening, because apparently Sunday night TV is my favorite.

I recently put Google's "Picasa" photo program on my computer, and it is awesome so I've been working on lot's of photo projects, like getting a scrapbook together of my time @ U.S.D., which has been challenging, since I don't have to many pictures I'd like to put in my scrapbook, oh well! Another photo project I am working on is a collage of all the weddings I have been in or attended the last few years, it has the potential to be awesome! I'll have another wedding to add to the mix on October 25th! I will share my beautiful collage after Erin and Brandon's wedding!
