Oh yes, I am still in the middle of Community Adviser training it has been a long week but we are all making it through. Really my only problem is having to do with my apartment, the air conditioning unit in my bedroom, which usually runs wonderfully! But not lately, Thursday morning at 4:00 a.m. I heard a chirping noise coming from my air conditioner I was not very happy, especially because it didn't stop it went all on all night, so I had a lot of trouble sleeping with all of the chirping.
I just figured it was a little cricket in the Air Unit, but I was wrong. After applying a little RAID you would probably think that everything would be alright. Well if you think that you would be WRONG! Last night after a full day of training, working, advising, and supervising I was exhausted but I still decided to pick up my apartment, AND then I went to bed.
I fell a sleep great, the air conditioner wasn't making any noise and I was happy. THEN once again at 4:00 a.m. I awoke to the chirping! It was horrible I once again could not sleep it was very frustrating! Chirp ... chirp ... chirp ... chirp, chirp! So annoying!
Then I was supposed to get up at 7:30 a.m. (which doesn't make me happy to begin with) and my alarm didn't go off! I ended up getting up a half hour late, got ready quickly and went to meet my staff for breakfast. I ordered my wonderful french toast stick breakfast, and meant to order a cup of coffee and a container of orange juice. Instead I just got orange juice, HORRIBLE! I love coffee I need at least one cup in the A.M. I was not a happy camper, but I will get over it, and take a nap in the afternoon!

Busy, Busy, Busy
Oh the things that have been happening, I will be putting my list in bullets to organize them.
1) Hall Director Training began the first of August, and boy did that go by fast. Maybe it went by fast because I spent most of it making a fool of myself...
2) My CAs are all here 4 girls and two boys I am super excited! I made little Chinese take out boxes for them that I am going to put outside of their doors the night before training begins, I think it will be fun. I also made them ocean themed door tags.
3) We don't start class for another two and a half weeks!!! If you think that I am happy about that, you, are, WRONG that means I won't get to leave for Christmas until the 22nd, BOO!
a) While I have not started I have tons of friends who have started at classes at their respective schools. Some of them being Chelsea, Sara K, and Rebecca.
4) I have had some fun time though, I got to go do a little shopping this weekend, it was great. I am already planning for my Christmas cards (I am a nerd, I know)! Here is some of the stuff I got, it's a horrible picture though! (Below please see green water bottle, cute sunglasses, christmas stickers, christmas paper, and cute note pads.)
I have also become addicted to glitter gel pens!
5) I have recently been hearing this a lot "That is just so Sara!" Huh? I didn't know what to think about that but now I have embraced my name being used as an adjective (it's actually quite a compliment, b/c most "sara" things are excessively cute and fun).
6) I've been baking!
Zucchini bread to be exact!
7) I GOT NEW FURNITURE! I love it, it is just sad that when I leave I can't take it with me, tear. But I will enjoy my new couch, and end table, I also put in new window coverings, the other ones were really old and dusty, they needed to go! I also got a new dining room set which is not pictured because hey, it's a dining room set, nothing special.

Happiness
This evening I was cleaning the apartment, when an AMAZING THING HAPPENED! I had i tunes on shuffle when a song came on that I had not heard in a LONG time, it was the Coldplay hidden track "Kingdom Come" it is a BEAUTIFUL song! I had to listen to it multiple times before I could bring myself to stop pushing the back button. I highly suggest that you check the song out, it is great! Back to cleaning when I should be sleeping!
